So I left to run some errands for less than an hour, and just left my PC on. When I came back, my computer was on the lock screen.
I thought weird, I don't have it set to go to sleep unless its idle for like 4 hours, so I thought this was odd. I opened my PC back up, and found that all of my previous tabs were still open, so it didn't crash or anything. But apps that run on start up, like some EA Games app, and my VPN had launched and automatically connected me, just like it does on start up. Hardware stuff like my keyboards lighting settings were also back to the settings they defualt to before I unlock my PC, which is when the real lighting settings kick in.
So it was like my computer ran start up while I was away, without closing any of my work or tabs, kicked me back to the lock screen. Despite me having no setting to even have it go to sleep for much longer than I was away.
Is there an explanation for this?
