Sceptre Monitor Suddenly Stopped working

Hey I've been scratching my head trying to figure out what the issue is but my 27" Sceptre Monitor that I've had for 5ish years suddenly stopped displaying. It still turns on I can tell the screen is kinda on but I can't interact with the setting with the monitor buttons. The weirdest part is my computer is still detecting that there is a Monitor connected.

These are the steps I have already tried - * Switched cords and cord type * Tried connecting to my laptop instead * Powered off and let sit and powered on

I fear this may be a hardware issue and any help would be appreciated
