Computer stuck on booting screen

I'm not sure if this is a problem with the driver or the gpu. I've recently aquired a new computer and after realizing I didn't have bluetooth I tried to install some drivers from the internet, upon restarting my computer it straight up didn't work (it did turn on but it's stuck on the booting screen). Also it there seems to be a red light in the graphics card but I don't know if thats normal. I've tried most in the trubleshooting screen and every component seems to be connected correctly.

Specs: •nvida geforce rtx 4080 •intel core i7 13700F •windows 11 •850w 80 plus gold •chipset: intel b660 •RAM: 32GB 3600MHz
