Disc cleanup

Hello pc noob here I just upgraded to windows 11 and doing a bunch of file cleaning. I’ve never used disc cleanup so I was wondering if it’s safe to delete these files
Microsoft Defended Antivirus
Previous Windows installation
These 2 have the biggest space on my C drive one being 10.9GB and 28.4GB
