Problem launching programs

I’ve had my current Pc for a year and have had no issues until recently. Some programs started freezing and not working at all and now have ceased to work. It started off with discord, then ‘the finals’ game and now the ‘riot client’. I attempted to uninstall and reinstall the programs with no luck. I have done a full PC reset and when downloading the programs on the freshly installed windows I run into the same issue. Any idea on what sort of problem I’m looking at? Thanks
