Hey there! I've started to have a weird issue in the past few days. This can happen in any program, any web browser, but if I try to upload a file from my PC the explorer window will completely freeze and I have to restart the program. I can't right click and close in the taskbar, I have to open task manager and close it that way.

What's even weirder is this doesn't happen every time, it just happens most times. I haven't recently installed any new programs, I haven't updated anything, and I can't seem to find any trends with it. It's just sometimes it'll freeze, but every so often it won't, and it will almost always work after I restart the program. Looking this issue up is kinda pointless because it's mostly people having issues with specific browsers like Edge or Chrome. For me, this happens with ANY program that is trying to upload a file from my local drives.
