Steam Icon on Taskbar Displaying Wrong

So the Steam icon on my taskbar when I open is displaying the wrong icon.
I found a couple things telling me to clear Icon cache and that didn't seem to fix it. I did recently uninstall Steam from my main drive and unto a newly installed drive I put it for games only. The Icon has been displaying wrong since then. The icon appears properly on my desktop and start menu, only displays wrong on my task bar.
Any clue how to fix.
