I am not very tech savvy. My computer was given to me by a friend. Lately I’ve been noticing significant performance issues when playing newer games and would like to try upgrading some parts. I am a grad student and thus do not make much money. I was wondering what is the cheapest upgrade I can do that would get me a noticeable performance boost when I play newer games. Typically I play FPSs.
