Random Changes of My Computer's IP
Post Body

Just as the title says, my computer's IP will randomly change to something read by windows as an "invalid IP configuration." I was using a static IP, which worked perfectly fine at the time. However, I was booted off of the internet for some reason. I do an ipconfig in my command box, and my IP is set to something that's not relevant to my router at all. I don't quite remember the entire IP, but it started with 169 or something like that, whereas my routher's IP is set to 192.168.0.1. I am currently running a virus scan with MalwareBytes, but would like to know if it could be anything else.

Router/Modem: Cisco DPC2325

If computer specs are needed, I will happily oblige.
