I have a new Asus Rog Zephyrus m16 GU604VZ running windows 11 Home. Basically my bluetooth will shut off randomly in the middle of using the computer. And I don't mean turn off as in turn off I mean it literally just disappears from the computer. When I try to troubleshoot it says that the comptuer does not have bluetooth capabilities and to plug in a bluetooth device. It resolves itself when I restart the computer but that is very annoying especially if im gaming. So I want to reinstall my bluetooth drivers because I think that might be the problem. I downloaded the bluetooth driver from the ASUS Rog website).
But I am not quite sure which bluetooth driver to delete. When I go to device manager I see a bunch of drivers and im not sure which ones to delete: Bluetooth Device (RFCOMM Protocol TDI), Bluetooth LE Generic Attribute Services, Device Identification Services, Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth(R), Microsoft Bluetooth Enumerator, Miscrosoft Bluetooth LE Enumerator, and Service Discovery Service.
Which of these do I delete because I don't want to delete things that I don't want to. The Asus rog driver is called Intel Bluetooth, so does that mean I only delete the Intel Wireless Bluetooth? Or is it just a name and I should delete all of them?
Sorry very new at this and just trying to figure it out.
