Motherboard drivers not installing correctly

Post Body

Hey y'all, Just built a brand new PC and have everything up and running. I am using the gigabyte B550M DS3H AC rev 1.7. Downloaded all drivers for GPU and CPU and such. I have updated the bios aswell. Trying to turn the motherboard built in WiFi on and guide says to download drivers off the manufacturers website. I am trying to download the drivers for the chip set and wifi. When I attempt to download the drivers I get the notification "this program might not have downloaded correctly" I have two options in the pop up box. 1 is to install using compatibility settings. 2 is this program installed correctly. Do not know where to go from there. The manual for the motherboard said to let the App Center pop up download drivers but multiple people online said to ignore that so I did. Now I'm worried I should have pressed accept to app center. I do not see a way to turn on the wifi in bios either. Any help on getting these drivers downloaded? This is a list of the rest of the PC parts used. Any help is super appreciated.
