Controller/Gamepad buttons are wrongly assigned?

Hello guys, I am playing on my Ps3 and bought an Gamepad which isnt from Sony, while playing games I noticed that two buttons (Square and Triangle) are reversed. (Game shows that I should press Triangle, I press the button where on a normal Gamepad Triangle is but the Game thinks that I pressed Square).

I dont know if there is anything I could do there? Some Apps that help me change the Layout? I dont want to take it apart too since its just a little bit annoying. sorry for my bad english and thanks in advance!:)
