My pc is doing really strange stuff

My pc is not working correctly. - When I try to switch between windows, it seems like it freezes and clicking doesn’t work. - I can’t use the taskbar, I have to span click it to be able of hovering over the icons. - Using OperaGX, when I search for something like reddit, it starts loading but then it goes back to the opera GX window. - When I open the window search bar, it closes by itself.

I do not know what it is. I thought it was the mice, but I tried another one, and my pc is still broken.

Please help!
