Just finished putting my new computer together. The fans and lights turn on but I’m not getting a boot. I’ve reseated the CPU, the gpu, the ram(I’ve used slots 1-3, 2-4, 1, 4), and checked the cables coming from the power supply, and the sata in port 1 and 2

The EZ Debug is showing a green light

Please tell me I’m being dumb and over looked something stupid because idk what to do. I just sent a ticket to Msi but who knows when that’ll come back

Specs The mobo is a Msi pro b760m-p with an i5-13700 cpu, I had a GeForce RTX 4060, and a EV3A 750 Power supply, I have 2 sticks of ram ddr4 16gb x 2(32gb) and the HDD was pulled from my last desktop where I was running windows 10
