hi there. my wife is a permit coordinator and is trying to access a permit portal online for their job.

She has accessed this website before, used it etc. but today the site is listed as an error "Forbidden ID" with a string of numbers following.

we have restarted the router, cleared the cache on the computer, restarted the computer and checked the firewall.

however I was curious and I tried to access it on my phone, which was also connected to WiFi and the same problem occured. So then I turned it off, used data and the site came up.

is there a stupidly obvious way to fix this so she can access it on her work computer?
