Hi guys,

This is my first Acer laptop, purchased for some very non tech-heavy work (spreadsheets, emails, etc) about two weeks ago. I have two external monitors that I connect via a docking station, and it’s been working for the past two weeks. Today, it simply won’t connect. I get a “No DP signal from device” error. I have connected a different laptop via the docking station, and both monitors were functional, so I know it isn’t the monitors or the cables. I’ve restarted everything more than once, disconnected and reconnected everything to power, etc. If anyone has any suggestions that don’t require me to buy anything new, that would be great. But any suggestions are welcome!
