Network and Sharing Issue: My Desktop is discoverable on one laptop but not on the other.

Hello, so I have been having problems lately with my Desktop. So I am using the Network and Sharing options to transfer and access files seamlessly without the use of external drives but the problem is for some reason my Desktop is not discoverable on my (Win10) Laptop even though my (W.7) could discover and access it.

My (Win10) Laptop is discoverable though on my Desktop and can transfer files using my Desktop but I can't seem to do it the other way around. Any help or leads to fix this problem?

Additional info: (Win10) Laptop is also discoverable on my (W.7) Laptop and vice versa so I don't really know what the issue is because everything seems fine 😭
