Hello, and a thank you to anyone who can help me solve this issue.
My significant other has a Samsung Galaxy Book 3 Pro that runs on Windows 11. When starting up the laptop there appears now a message stating "All boot options are tried. Press F4 key to recover with factory image using REcovery or any other keys for next boot loop iteration." However, pressing F4 does nothing but bring be back to the same screen. I googled around and saw some videos to fix this issue. Mainly by going to the BIOS page, going into BOOT and toggling Secure Boot to off, and then selecting "UEFI and CSM OS." This is where I run into trouble. There is no "UEFI and CSM OS" anywhere in the BIOS pages. On the Boot page is just Secure Boot Control, Secure Boot Certificate Keyset, Fast BIOS Mode, and USB LAN PXE OPROM. There isn't even any options in the Boot Device Priority, just a blank page.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
