Cant press caps lock while holding 2 other keys?

sounds weird but basically thats all.
Keyboard: Razer Ornata v3
when im holding down two keys (for example a d to walk right in a game) and press caps lock while still holding them, it wont work. i have to let one of the keys go to press caps. why?
