a small windowed app keeps minimizing fullscreen games

Dear u/daddy_spez, so since last week everytime i play a game, sometimes 10 mins in, sometimes 1 hour in a small pitch black app appears on my screen for a milisecon, forcing my game pc to show desktop while im playing fullscreen. cant see its name or anything is this a virus?
