99% sure there is a virus on my pc but antivirus wont find?

long story short, i was playing need for speed and i wanted to downloıad a trainer to money cheat. i downloaded i fling trainer or what believe was a fling trainer at least... i downloaded it and it had a weird icon but i still opened it and it disappeared from my desktop the second i opened it. i immideatly realized it was a virus and quickly ran 2 scans on malwarebytes but nothing has been found. but since then my pc is slower and games are stuttering. what do i do now? should i just try a different antivirus?
