Got a new PC but it won't display on my tv

I just received a new PC https://stoneforged.tech/products/knuckle-duster . I plugged in the power and HDMI cable to the computer to my PC but I'm not receiving any signal. I was just using my old PC about an hour ago and I had no problems getting signal. My HDMI cord is also brand new as I purchased it a couple days ago. If someone can help me get my new PC up and working that would be great. I am new to buying PC's and this is my first pre build I bought.
