HDD health is at 100% but my pc shows signs of Hard Drive failure

Just as the title reads, my HDD is old enough that it should be failing, and it’s showing signs of failure but when I use programs like HD Tune and the SeaGate software (the software specifically for my hard drive) it says it’s at 100% health and that no sectors are failing. Could it be something else failing on my PC or is the health check just not recognizing something?
