PC restarting

When bumped Pc restarts, then is zoomed way in, only one monitor works and says my driver is uninstalled… once I install the driver( for the 3,000 time) it goes back to both screens and normal… I’ve checked all connections. Took out vram and gpu and reinserted. Took out the motherboard battery and reset it. Idk what else to do…
