Computer keeps running out of storage despite having loads of space

My computer keeps messing up as something is continuously eating up a lot of space on my C Drive. No matter how much I try to clear off my computer (Using disk cleanup, moving programs to another drive, etc.), all that free space is gone within a few days. I literally have a second drive that has tons of space, so it's really annoying me that my computer just decides to not let me use some apps or work on videos because of this problem. Is there any way to fix this so that I can stop worrying about low disk space?
