Hi all, just looking for a 2nd (and 3rd, 4th, etc) on an issue that I am having with my rig; inital support by way of my friend who built it.

The present issue is that after a certain amount of time, my graphics start to lag and eventually my whole display goes black. Nothing seems to get it back, short of a hard restart. One of the fans has been making some odd sounds as of late, so that might be related but that is my own amateur opinion. Also, it has on and off been smelling sort of like permanent marker/Sharpie at times so I'm wondering if that was an indicator this whole time 🙃

Tl;dr do I just spray some compressed air and do a clean out or is this something more involved?
