Is it possible to transfer files from my PC to my PS4 without a USB?

Hey guys
I have recently downloaded some episodes of Doctor Who Classic on my pc and am enjoying watching them again. I want to find a way to transfer them to my ps4 so i can watch them there if possible. i do not have access to any USB drives at this time. Is it possible to upload them to cloud storage and download them on my ps4? I have recently tried to post this to the r/PS4 subreddit but due to their strict rules it was taken down immediately. thanks in advance for any suggestions.
