xbox save transfers

So my younger brother and dad accidentally shared the same account and I was wondering if it's possible to somehow transfer a game save to another xbox account. They're always fighting over who's playing when, since they can't both be signed in playing at the same time. I figured there should be a possibility considering we're only talking about the single player portion. Platform in question is the xbox one.
