First things first, I'm not extremely tech savvy. I don't know all the proper terms or anything. But this has got me a little freaked out and I'd like to be able to avoid it in the future but I really don't know what happened.
So, last night I completely formatted my PC. It's a Alienware Aurora with Windows 10. After work today, I turned it on and started downloading all the software that I use on a pretty regular basis. I was also fudging around with some system tasks. Anyway, after a little while and some software downloaded, I started getting many and frequent popups asking if I wanted Command Center to change my PC.
The first one I hit yes because I thought it had something to do with some of the software I was downloading, after that though, I clicked no.
They kept coming and coming so I finally hit "more details" and saw that they had CLSID tags with them. I was able to copy one of them down.

I couldn't figure out what I had done to cause this. I was concerned that I downloaded malware by accidentally downloading OBS from a bad website without realizing, so I'm completely formatting it again with a cloud download of Windows. I was told by the Windows tech support chat that that should be good but I still would like to know what happened and how it happened if that's at all possible.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
