My company had purchased a used Mifi Station to use for wifi access out on job sites and currently we can not reset it to factory settings because someone changed the Admin password on the portal and locked all of the settings. I can not reset the device from the reset button on the back of the device, I can not access settings on device, and I can not access settings on portal because of this. I cant even reset the admin password on the portal because they added a security question. Is there a way around this?
