I had a similar habit of doomscrolling, after a decade of video games constantly.
I recently picked up an e-bike. No throttle, only had pedal assist, so it still requires some effort. It eliminated a lot of the anxiety of not being able to make it far enough or up hills because I can just turn the power level up. Itβs done wonders for my mental well-being.
