non-violent are not the ones being released that were concerned about unless they are serial offenders which is definitely an indicator of rising stupid behavior that eventually leads to something serious.

Its amazing how people only think about compassion for these people from a distance and a keyboard. The point of prison is to remove them from society, not "rehabilitate" them.
