Is there a online seed map that allows me to put way points?

I was looking at sites like https://www.chunkbase.com/ but the only down side is you can only put one marker, I am trying to make a nether hub and I think it would be easier if I can see where everything is before I start tunneling
if that makes sense, what I want to do is put a way point from where I am to each of the points of interest I want to travel to so I can make direct branches to each one
