- I recently got RivaTuner Statistics Server which has been a lifesaver in terms of forcing games to obey a framerate cap (neither Steam launch options nor NVIDIA control panel worked...). So I'm wondering if maybe there's a similar program that can force games to run in a specific aspect ratio?
