Our phones are more addictive than ever — can we go back? | Digital Trends
Comments

Well I wouldn‘t say the phone but the Apps, sure it‘s addicting but I wouldn‘t say it makes addictive if it makes sense. I can use myself as example when I‘m home my phone is always on, whether I‘ll use it or not creating an abysmall 9-10 hours use a day. Usually I substract 4 hours from that and 6 is still massive. Yet I have no problems putting it away to make family conversation or when going out with mates using it barely.

Are phone addictive? Nope

The apps? Most definetely

If I would deinstall, reddit, youtube and discord my time would go down to basically 0
