I pre-ordered the hoodie as soon as it went up. At the time, it did not have the option to add a gamertag to it. I didn't even know they added this ability until I got an email telling me that my order has shipped, so I'm not sure of how long after it went up that they added the option to add a custom gamertag to the back.
Well, my order hasn't shipped, only the shipping label has been created. I contacted support and asked if I could add the name to the hoodie that I want, and they said no, but they could refund and cancel it so I could start over.
After I said I want to do that, they told me that's not possible as it has already shipped. But it hasn't shipped. It's still pre-order only anyway! I was told that I'd have to get my hoodie in the mail then send it back and buy another one just to get the gamertag added to it.
This is super absurd. The exact same thing happened with the MSI jerseys and I went through that entire ordeal, and they fixed it for me, and then they mailed me the wrong size jersey.
TL store has been a huge pain to deal with. It shouldn't be a problem at all for me to just get my gamertag I want retroactively added to the hoodie since it wasn't available when I first purchased it. It feels like I'm being punished for being a loyal fan - for being a first wave buyer and making my purchase within moments of it going up for sale.
Am I the only one who has experienced these types of issues? This is seriously ridiculous and it makes me just not want to buy anything again. I'm really not asking for a lot here.
Edit: CurseCaleb has reached out to me and is working with me on this now. Will update with results. Kudos to him for acting swiftly.
