HELP! First time teaching abroad

So I got offered a position with a school called Little Fox. Seems pretty legit from what I've been able to find online. But I do have a few questions that maybe you guys can help with me!

My contract seems pretty standard when I compared the one I was given to others on here. But airfares to korea was not included. The contract offers a ticket back at the end of the contract. Is this normal? Should I be worried?
Has anyone know someone who has worked with Littlw Fox before? The company's been around for a good amount of time and I'd love some personal input about the company
