Hello Everyone,
I plan to apply to EPIK next February in order to teach in the Fall 2019 term. I am trying to get a jump on things by requesting two recommendation letters now. In February I will be in the middle of student teaching and will have a thousand things going on so I would like to cross this off now.
However, I am hesitant because I am not sure if the content requirements of the letters will change between now and February. I do not want to ask for the letters and then have to request changes if EPIK changes the requirements.
I e-mailed EPIK and the response was "It is highly unlikely to change but if so, we will post on the website." Can anyone who applied in the last couple application periods confirm that the content requirements for the letters have stayed the same for awhile? I am talking about the requirements found under "letters of recommendation" on the documents page of the EPIK website. Must be from supervisor..., must be on letterhead..., etc.
Thanks
