Teaching without a degree. Good or bad?
Post Body

I’ve been an instructor in schools and nonprofits, but I don’t have a degree in teaching. I’ve studied pedagogy and I can build a mean curriculum. I’ve run classes, workshops, and written instructional guides for students, but I can’t help but feel some imposter syndrome for lack of a teaching degree.

Okay Reddit, what’s your take here?
