I realized, recently, that a fair amount of posts on about specific teas seem to reference the distributor and those leaving comments tend to be very, if not overly, positive. I want to try new distributors, but a lot of reviews never really talk about the negative aspects about each seller.
Since I'm asking, I'll provide some examples:
What-cha: Had literally my favorite tea I've ever had the pleasure of trying one year, but the next year, the same tea's (but of the year it was bought) quality was half that of the prior. The customer service is exceedingly good, though.
Local seller: Has very limited market for actual teas, instead favoring herbal/tisanes, but of their actual teas, they have fairly good quality and their employees are knowledgable. Their herbal/tisanes are very hit/miss.
Yunaan Sourcing: Quality tea, but difficult to navigate their website. I haven't ordered from them since they updated their website, so I'm not sure how it is now.
Edit Thanks for all of the replies. I'm glad that this question was of value.
