Teavana Replacment

Looking for a suitible replacement for Teacana's Maharaja Chai Oolong and Samurai Chai Maté Blend, since Starbucks refuses to sell it. I still have my old teavana sifter thing too, and I know where to get more of the rock sugar, but I also forget the exact instructions to make it.
I have the 16oz tea maker, the teavana spoon, and I believe it steeps for 3 minutes?? It's been far too long and I miss the taste dearly
