I have a TD Ameritrade account and use ThinkOrSwim to trade.

Would like to apply for a Developer account, found that the registered address (https://developer.tdameritrade.com/user/register) is not available, note: "Encountered an Error. Please go back to our site"

For 2 - tda-api is the great for Python. Will need to be updated when Schwab finally turns their version of the API on. https://tda-api.readthedocs.io/en/latest/
