I sold four puts that expire Nov 17, and three of them disappeared over the past week from my positions page. Support said they aren't sure they'll ever return which would be great since I already received the premiums and might not have to actually buy the stocks. They still show up under transaction history, but TDA said three of them are no longer shown in my account. I checked both web and mobile and my local guy checked with his internal system, and they're missing.

Any bets on the chances they're gone for good? I'm trying to plan on my available cash for Nov 17 incase they do reappear. This is a major error by TDA.

Edit to add: Since this morning, another option I sold with a Dec 15 expiration has disappeared. Fortunately I have a screenshot of it:

It was there this morning at 6am. It doesn't show under positions right now. It's on Berkshire, and I made $586 with it so I want to buy to close because I want to buy a bond with a maturity date past Dec 15 so I need to free up that money.
