Functionality of Schwab website. Not happy.

I have had accounts at Schwab and TD Ameritrade. I am not happy because I don’t like the functionality of the Schwab website. I have also heard stories that if I sold a position today that the funds were not able to be used for 72 hours to purchase something else. Currently I don’t have that issue on TD Ameritrade. Can can anybody tell me how fast you receive credit on sold positions.
