6 Series: no digital audio from Amazon Prime Video?

I am not getting digital audio from the Amazon Prime Video app.

I've seen guides on how to enable audio options in the the Amazon Prime settings.

The Prime Video app on my R646 does not have these options.

Am I missing something?

The TV operating system and the Amazon Prime Video app is updated.

When I use Netflix, or local video files, the "Digital" indicator lights up on my receiver. Which leads me to think it's the Prime Video app. Can anyone confirm?

FYI - my receiver is connected to the TV's digital out w/ a TOSLINK cable.
