Choosing between Q6 and Q7

Looking to purchase a new 65” TV. Based on the prices, I’m leaning toward the Q6. Sam’s club is currently offering the Q6 at $399. Best Buy has the Q7 at $699. Is the Q7 worth the extra $300? I mostly watch movies and YouTube. I am not a gamer, not into sci-fi movies that have a lot of detailed imagery, etc. I use an Apple TV 4K and the pre-installed apps on the TV.
