Any info or others also experiencing this?

I filed my federal on 1/18. It was accepted in 1/23. I get the “verify your identity” page when I check my status.

I have not received anything in the mail for the number they ask for.. Lastly, today I went to check the refund whereabouts and I logged into ID.me where I already uploaded my ID documents. The only thing I’ve been waiting for is the letter in the mail so I can get the number they need. But today I don’t have the option to submit that number and it says they cannot provide any assistance via the identity verification tool?? Should I be worried?
