What's the worst, most boring, coma-inducing topic for a continuing education course?

I'm trying to put together an hour-long CPE/CLE/CE program as a proof of concept that such programs can actually be useful and enjoyable if done correctly. To do this, I'd like to choose a topic that is the most eye-watteringly awful in terms of being difficult to follow or care about.
In other words, what's the worst CPE you've ever endured and/or the topic that would make you consider calling in sick if you knew you had to sit through it?
