On being Professional and Being Employed

I have an existing COR and I stopped my freelancing role. I am now fully employed and I just want to keep the self-employed status until such time I am ready to close the self-employed business.
Question: do I need to apply for another COR for mixed-income? Or maintain the COR as is? Thanks!
