I just got hired for a plantilla position and as part of pre-employment requirements, they’re asking me to go to my current RDO and have my BIR Form 1905 stamped. I’ve done some reading about this but I think my situation is a bit unique 😓

For context: My TIN was applied under the Form 1904 (EO 98). I used this from since my first job is a contract of service (no employer-employee relationship) position in another government agency, so my current RDO is where my home address is.

My question is, which address should I put in the form? My home address or my new employer’s? Given that they’re not the same RDO.

And also, the new employer requires me to submit to them the stamped form, but I can’t go home yet since my RDO is in the province and only get weekends off. Will they accept kaya confirmation from email? And if not, is it okay to have someone do it for me?
